Engage Production is a partner and system integrator for Panasonic D-imager, in association with PSCo. Created by Panasonic, the D-imager uses IR to track people, boasts depth of field tracking, and can be used to create gestural interactive devices for exhibitions and retail. The D-imager sensor employs a controller-free computer interface based on the Time-of-Flight (ToF) principle and uses a proprietary CCD in conjunction with near infrared LEDs (160×120 array) for superior three dimensional accuracy that can detect human movement and hand gestures. Engage also uses the Microsoft Kinect for bespoke projects.
